They act on different systems, but their combination depends on your body type and dosha balance. — but preferably taken on different times - - Manasmitra vatakam 1 tab at night - vetumaran gulika 1 tab in morning if prescribed u at night also than…there should be gap… Bcz —Vetumaran Gulika may contain ingredients that are: Heating (can increase body heat) Potent (sometimes includes metals/minerals in processed form) –Manasamitra Vatakam: Can cause drowsiness May alter mental calmness and sleep – Together, they could: Increase fatigue or heaviness Affect digestion or body heat balance
