yes you can take mukta vati but make 2 hours diffrence between mukta vati and atenolol . you MUST NOT stop atenolol as it can cause dangerous rebound increase in heart rate mukta vati - 1 tab twice a day empty stomach also you can start ayurvedic treatment - liposem tablet - 1 tab twice daily after meals arjunrishta - 15ml + 15 ml water twice daily after meals ksheerbala capsules - at night before bed with watm water * avoid excess salt intake take potassium intake more - like banana coconut water spinach aim for 7-8 hr sleep “ if you feel dizzines cold sweats pulse below 50 per min stop mukta vati or any ayurvedic medication and consult your physician
