i have started brahmi persal one time , heposem 1-1 and mannaswatkam one time half medicine , . i have given two time by doctors but first i started only one time ...first day sleep afer that not able to sleep daily and my sleeping time 3 am monning to 6 am only 3 hr . please help in this and resolve my query so i started better sleep

●Yoga for Sleep • Tagar • Valerian Root • Chamomile Mix equal amounts of these powders and take 1 teaspoon with lukewarm water just before bed. This yoga relaxes the mind and calms the nerves. ●Simple Home Remedies A cup of chamomile tea at night naturally induces sleep. Nutmeg Paste: A light paste of nutmeg and ghee applied to the forehead and around the eyes helps induce sleep. ●Abhyanga and Snigdhata Night Oil Massage: Before going to bed, massage the head and soles of the feet with slightly warm sesame oil, brahmi oil, or jatamansi oil for a few minutes. This calms vata and promotes sleep.

i already purchsed from ask aurveda and same is consult by Ask aurveda doctors few day back 1 Brahmi persal 1-1 2. heposem 1-1 3. manasvatkam 1-1 4 for gastric issue - alsactil 1-1 i started only one time and masvatkum only 1/2 medicine one time and brahmi only one time due to this also not able to sleep . plz do the needful so i will sleep better

understand your concern—right now your main issue is severe sleep disturbance after starting multiple Ayurvedic medicine In Ayurveda, this looks like Vata aggravation + mind overstimulation (Manovaha Srotas imbalance), which can temporarily increase restlessness if medicines are started irregularly or in mixed timing. 1. Do NOT change medicines frequently You started only partial doses and irregularly—this can disturb body adjustment. Continue exactly as prescribed by your Ask Ayurveda doctor, but now take consistently as advised (not half/one-time use). 2. Night calming routine (very important): 1 glass warm milk before sleep Sit quietly 10 minutes before bed (no phone) 3. Reduce Vata immediately: Gentle oil massage on feet with sesame oil Keep room dark and quiet Sleep at fixed time 4. Supportive herbs (safe calming): Brahmi helps calm the mind but takes a few days to stabilize sleep Avoid taking multiple medicines at different times without consistency 5.
