Your symptoms indicate high uric acid tendency + vata aggravation causing back pain, stiffness, fatigue and mild cognitive dullness. Diet (purine-rich foods) is a major contributing factor here. First correction is diet, otherwise medicines will not give full benefit. Avoid: Red meat, seafood, alcohol, excess dals like rajma/chana, spinach, mushrooms, sour and fried foods. Prefer: Light diet – moong dal, lauki, tori, pumpkin, rice, wheat roti. Drink plenty of warm water. Routine: Do not sit long. Gentle stretching and walking daily. Proper sleep is important. Ghar par: Start morning with warm water + few drops of lemon. You can take jeera water once daily to improve digestion. * Kaishore Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food * Punarnava Mandur – 1 tablet twice daily after food * Dashmool Kwath – 15 ml twice daily This will help reduce uric acid load, improve metabolism, and reduce back pain. For fatigue and memory: * Brahmi vati – 1 tablet at bedtime Follow for 6–8 weeks. Improvement will be gradual (pain and stiffness reduce first).
