साल की बच्ची में जब अल्ट्रासाउंड normal है और फिर भी पेट दर्द है, तो आयुर्वेद में इसे अग्निमांद्य (weak digestion) और वात-पित्त असंतुलन माना जाता है।
Rx
Kumaryasava – 5–10 ml + बराबर पानी, दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद
Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 गोली, दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद
Hingwashtak Churna – ¼ चम्मच, भोजन के बाद गुनगुने पानी के साथ
अवधि: 4–6 सप्ताह (लक्षण अनुसार आगे बढ़ा सकते हैं)
घरेलू उपाय
खाना खाने से पहले थोड़ा अदरक + सेंधा नमक
दिन में 1–2 बार अजवाइन का पानी
हल्का गुनगुना पानी पिलाएं
परहेज (बहुत जरूरी)
मैगी, चिप्स, बिस्किट, ठंडे पेय
ज्यादा तला-भुना, पिज़्ज़ा, फास्ट फूड
देर रात खाना
डाइट प्लान
हल्का और सुपाच्य भोजन (दलिया, खिचड़ी)
मूंग दाल, सब्ज़ी, घी की थोड़ी मात्रा
