How to improve low blood count naturally without long-term iron injections? - #54253

My relative has a very low blood count (around 19) and has been taking Garden cress seeds (halim seeds) for the past 10 days. However, she is still constantly tired. Is this enough to improve her condition, or should we do something more? Doctors in allopathy are recommending iron injections long-term, but we are concerned about lifelong dependency (like insulin). We are looking for a more permanent solution. What would you suggest?
