I have stiffness in my fingers and pain it shifts from one finger to another also its happening in my right hand elbow. I have short of breath if I read or speak for few minutes. What should I use and avoid. I have no blood pressure and my sugar is on border line

Your symptoms suggest an imbalance of Vata dosha, which is affecting the joints (causing stiffness and shifting pain) and also digestion (leading to acidity and weakness). Breathlessness and fatigue may be due to associated weak Agni (digestive fire) and mild toxin (Ama) buildup in the body. This condition needs balancing of Vata and strengthening of digestion through proper diet, routine, and Ayurvedic medicines —Diagnosis: Vata predominant Amavata with weak Agni (joint stiffness, shifting pain, mild systemic fatigue) Prescription 1. Muscalt Forte → 1 tablet twice daily after food with warm water 2. Rheumocare / Rheumuo Gel (Aimil) → Local application over painful joints & elbow → 2–3 times daily with gentle massage 3. Livomyn → 15 ml twice daily after meals 4. Ashwashila → 1 capsule twice daily after food —Pathya (Lifestyle Advice) Warm water only Avoid curd at night, cold food, fried items Daily mild stretching of fingers & elbow Oil massage (til oil) once daily before bath 20–30 min walking — for 15 days if no relief then will go for some tests
