sirf Ayurvedic dawa se “jaldi se jaldi” GGT normal karna realistic nahi hai—especially jab aap daily alcohol le rahe ho. Aapka GGT (220) ka sabse common reason alcohol hi hota hai. Agar alcohol continue raha, koi bhi dawa (Ayurvedic ya allopathic) proper effect nahi degi.
–Alcohol turant band ya kam se kam completely stop karein (kam se kam 4–6 weeks).
Aksar GGT isse hi noticeable drop ho jata hai.
–Alcohol band = sabse bada treatment
Oil, fried, processed food kam karein
High protein + fruits + green vegetables
Daily 30 min walk
7–8 ghante ki sleep
—advice
LFT repeat after 4 weeks
Ultrasound liver
Viral markers (Hepatitis B, C)
–rx
1) Amlycure D.S. cap
Dose: 1 cal
Din mein 3 baar (after meals)

आपकी रिपोर्ट में GGT = 220 आना लिवर पर अल्कोहल/टॉक्सिन का अधिक प्रभाव दिखाता है। यह “जल्दी ठीक होने वाली” समस्या नहीं है—पहला इलाज कारण हटाना है।
सबसे जरूरी:
अल्कोहल तुरंत बंद करें (कम नहीं, पूरी तरह बंद)
जब तक शराब चलती रहेगी, कोई भी दवा असर नहीं करेगी
1. मुख्य औषधि
भूम्यामलकी (Bhumi Amla) चूर्ण/स्वरस – 1-2 चम्मच दिन में 2 बार
कुटकी (Kutki) चूर्ण – ½ चम्मच सुबह खाली पेट
लिवर टॉनिक: Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 गोली दिन में 2 बार (खाने के बाद)
2. सहायक
गिलोय (Guduchi) – इम्यून व लिवर सपोर्ट
त्रिफला – रात को (डिटॉक्स व पाचन सुधार)

2.Bhumi Am la Churna1 chammach, din mein do baar, Khane se pehle, pani ke sath
3.Amlycure Syrup 2 chammach din m 3 bar pani k sath
Sabse Zaruri Baatein
Alcohol band karein: Agar aap GGT ko jaldi kam karna chahte hain, toh alcohol ko turant aur puri tarah band karna hoga. Iske bina liver repair nahi ho payega.
Diet mein badlav: Tali-bhuni cheezein (fried food), jyada masala aur bahar ka khana band karein. Haluka aur ghar ka khana khayein.
Hydration: Din bhar mein kam se kam 2.5 se 3 liter pani piyein.
Rest: Liver recovery ke liye 7-8 ghante ki neend zaruri hai, khaas karke jab aap fatigue (thakan) mehsus kar rahe hon.
