Age 70 years, Toe numbness (Right leg) , during walking or prolong standing numbness of feet (left leg) . During sitting left leg numbness cured, right toe numbness no change. I am taking SAHACHARADI KWATH ONE TAB. Morning and one evening after taking food. Also one capsule of KSHEERABALA 101 both morning and evening. i am non -diabatic and hypertension under control by Allopathic drugs Now Constipation and flatulence increases from before. both medicine are curative and helpful and reduces condition a lot , but constipation and flatulence developed and some time disturb.

Your symptoms suggest Vata imbalance, which commonly affects nerves and movement in older age. This can cause numbness in the feet and toes, especially during walking or prolonged standing. It also slows digestion, which can lead to constipation and gas. The medicines you are taking are helping to correct this Vata, but sometimes they can initially increase dryness in the body, which may add to constipation. With continued treatment, proper diet, warm fluids, and gentle routine, both nerve symptoms and digestion usually improve gradually. –Medicines 1) Aimil Neurogenie 1 capsule twice daily after food 2) Constac 1 capsules at bedtime with warm water 3) FreeFlex 1 capsule twice daily after food -----Classical medicines (continue if already taking) Sahacharadi Kwath – as prescribed Ksheerabala 101 – as prescribed -Anupana Warm water / warm milk at night (if suitable) —Pathya Warm, cooked, unctuous diet Adequate hydration Regular gentle walking Avoid cold, dry, and raw foods

Your symptoms suggest Vata aggravation affecting nerves (causing numbness) along with Apana Vata imbalance (causing constipation and gas). Current medicines are helpful for nerves, but slightly drying—hence constipation. 1. For Numbness (Vata control) Continue Sahacharadi Kwath and Ksheerabala 101 (good choice) Add Ashwagandha churna (½ tsp with warm milk at night) Gentle Abhyanga (oil massage) with Mahanarayan oil daily on legs 2. For Constipation & Gas (Apana Vata balance) Triphala churna 1 tsp with warm water at bedtime If more dryness: use Gandharvahastadi taila 1–2 tsp at night (mild laxative) After meals: small pinch Hing + Ajwain with warm water Diet & Lifestyle Warm, soft, slightly oily food (khichdi, soups, ghee) Increase fiber naturally: soaked raisins, figs Drink warm water throughout the day Light walking + avoid long standing Avoid: dry food, excess tea, cold items, bakery food

Ayurvedic Adjustments— 1.Triphala Churna – 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water 2.Hingvastak Churna – ½ tsp with warm water before meals twice daily 3.Avipattikar Churna – ½ tsp with warm water in the morning if acidity or heaviness is present. Continue Sahacharadi Kwath and Ksheerabala 101 as they are helping neuropathy, but balance them with light digestive herbs. Diet & Lifestyle Eat light, warm, easily digestible food: moong dal, rice, cooked vegetables, ghee in small amounts. Avoid heavy, oily, fried food and excess dairy at night. Drink warm water throughout the day. Gentle yoga: Pawanmuktasana and Vajrasana after meals help reduce gas. Short walks after meals improve circulation and digestion.
