Hello Dr. Mujhe 4-5 din se guda me nichle hisse me dard hai aur waha ek gaanth jaisi ho gai hai jisme Dard ho raha continuesly but bleeding nhi hai. Ye 4 th times hua hai aisa last 2 years me. Koi upchar bataye. Baithne me bhi dikkat ho rahi hai. Iska koi permanent solution hai to pls bataiye

Your symptoms (painful lump near anal/lower region, recurrent, difficulty sitting, no bleeding) are most consistent with Arsha (piles – especially external thrombosed pile) or sometimes Gudavidradhi (early abscess) in Ayurveda. This condition is mainly due to vitiated Vata + Pitta with constipation and pressure in guda pradesh, causing swelling (gaanth) and pain. 1. Local Care (very important) Do warm sitz bath (lukewarm water + pinch of turmeric) for 10–15 min, 2–3 times daily Apply Jatyadi Taila or Nirgundi Taila gently after cleaning 2. Internal Medicines Triphala Churna – 1 tsp at night with warm water (relieves constipation) Arshoghni Vati – helps shrink pile mass and reduce pain Gandhak Rasayan – for inflammation and healing Diet & Lifestyle Take high-fiber diet: vegetables, fruits, whole grains Drink warm water frequently Avoid spicy, fried, bakery, and constipation-causing food Do not strain during passing stool Avoid prolonged sitting; take breaks

1.Arshoghani vati 2 goli din m 2 bar khane k sath pani k sath 2.Abhayarishta 4 chammach matra m saman bhaag pani mila kr din m 2 bar khane k liye 3.Triphala churna 1 chmmach raat m sote samay garam pani k sath 4.Kasisadi taila- 2 bar ganth pr lgaye Hot Sitz Bath (Avagaha Sweda): Ek bade taba mein gunguna pani lein, usme thoda sa namak ya haldi (turmeric) milayein. Isme 10-15 minute ke liye baithein. Yeh dard aur sujan (swelling) ko kam karne ka sabse asar-dar tarika hai. Din mein 2-3 baar karein. Permanent Solution ke Liye Sujhaav -Kyunki aapko yeh baar-baar ho raha hai, sirf dawa kaafi nahi hogi. Aapko in baaton ka dhyan rakhna hoga: -Parcharez (Diet): Mirch-masala (Spicy food), bahar ka khana, aur maida puri tarah band kar dein. Yeh aapke dard ko turant trigger karte hain. -Constipation (Kabz) na hone dein: Pet saaf rakhein. Fiber-rich diet jaise papita, hari sabziyan, aur daliya khayein. -Baithne ki aadat: Jyada der tak ek jagah na baithein. Agar kaam baithne ka hai, toh beech-beech mein break lein ya “Donut pillow” ka istemal karein.
