Thanks dr. But have consulted with prystyn care and their Dr he diagnosed grade 2, 3 piles with fissure and suggested for surgery. But I didn’t feel like that even not bleeding and after that had ayurvedic medicine and got relief. But again this problem occurred, hence I m worried that what to do. Currently no bleeding, not internal pain while passing stool only outside pain due to lump. Please suggest any permanent solution.
Your symptoms (painful lump near anal/lower region, recurrent, difficulty sitting, no bleeding) are most consistent with Arsha (piles – especially external thrombosed pile) or sometimes Gudavidradhi (early abscess) in Ayurveda. This condition is mainly due to vitiated Vata + Pitta with constipation and pressure in guda pradesh, causing swelling (gaanth) and pain. 1.
