Can I take triphala for my constipation and help my 7-month-old baby through breastmilk after she had a reaction to yogurt? - #54367
I’m considering taking triphala to help with my constipation (small hard stools), and potentially my baby through my breastmilk. My baby is 7 months, and due to antibiotics at birth has had some gut related issues. We’ve been introducing her to solids and she was doing well — working through it and pooping enough — until we gave her some homemade yogurt almost 2 weeks ago. She hasn’t pooped at all since that incident (she also had a major skin reaction to the yogurt), and I’m wondering if her channels could be clogged. Could taking triphala potentially help her with this through my breastmilk?
