can ashwaganda capsule musli capsule kanch beej capsule can be taken in morning on empty stomach i have taking it from past 10 days no discomfort or anything like that

You can take them in the morning, but empty stomach is not the best way for these herbs. Why not empty stomach: Ashwagandha + Musli + Kaunch beej are heavy, nourishing (guru) herbs Better absorbed with food Empty stomach may reduce absorption or cause mild digestive load later Best way to take: After breakfast (preferred) OR With milk (even in morning) Suggested routine: Ashwagandha capsule – after breakfast Musli capsule – after breakfast Kaunch beej capsule – after breakfast or with milk If you feel fine on empty stomach: No immediate harm, but for better results and digestion, shift to after food.
