Short answer: Don’t rely on “Sanyasi Ayurveda tablet” for weight gain. Why: Many such products are not standardized Some may contain unknown or heavy ingredients Your main issue is poor digestion + low appetite, not just weight 👉 If digestion isn’t corrected, no tablet will give healthy weight gain What you should do instead 1. Fix digestion first (most important) Eat small frequent meals (5–6 times/day) Do not skip meals Avoid cold, junk, packaged food Start meals with: Ginger + pinch of salt (improves appetite) 2. Diet for weight gain Include daily: Milk (2 times/day if suits) Ghee (1–2 tsp/day) Banana Soaked almonds (5–6) Rice + dal + vegetables 3. Ghar par Morning: warm water Night: milk + 1 tsp ghee 4. Safe Ayurvedic medicines Ashwagandha churna – 1 tsp with milk at night Shatavari churna – 1 tsp with milk in morning Chitrakadi vati – 1 tablet before meals (for digestion) 5. Routine Light exercise or walking daily Proper sleep (very important) Expectation Appetite improves in 2–3 weeks Weight gain: 2–3 kg per month (healthy) Important If weight is very low (36 kg at 29 yrs), also consider: Hemoglobin check Thyroid test Bottom line: 👉 Skip random weight gain tablets 👉 Focus on digestion + nutrition + routine If you want, I can make a simple daily diet plan for you.
