I recently started taking Jeevan Saar Vedna Cure (Mfd by AM Healthcare, 1402, M.I.E Part-B, B.Garh and marketed by Jeevan Saar ealthcare, New Delhi) for backpain. However, shortly after taking the medicine, I began feeling significantly sleepy and dizzy. I would appreciate your guidance on a few points: Are there specific ingredients in this formulation known to cause sedation or affect blood pressure? Could this be a sign of a Vata or Pitta imbalance triggered by the herbs? Should I adjust the dosage, or is it better to take this specifically at night Current Dosage: [1 tablet twice a day after meal, morning and night] Health History: I am currently taking BP medicines (Telma 40 and Ramipril5) Thank you for your help.
