Steroid ke time pe goal hota hai: -weight control karna, not aggressive loss swelling reduce karna muscle loss avoid karna –steroid medicines se weight aur swelling badh sakti hai. Isko control karne ke liye aap zyada paani, lemon water, green tea ya chaach le sakte hain. Sugary drinks aur extra salt avoid karein. Regular walk aur light healthy diet help karegi. –Advice (Pathya): Ushna jal (warm water) throughout the day Jeera + ajwain + saunf kwath 1 cup BD Takra (buttermilk) with roasted jeera, low salt – after lunch Green tea (1–2 cups/day, no sugar) —Ahara (Diet): Laghu, low salt diet Avoid processed, sugary, oily food Increase protein intake (moong dal, paneer in moderation) Early light dinner —Vihara (Lifestyle): Daily brisk walk 20–30 min (as tolerated) Avoid daytime sleep –Mild yoga: pawanmuktasana, vajrasana after meals

आपकी स्थिति में वजन बढ़ना/कम होना दवाओं जैसे Omnacortil (steroid) और अन्य immunosuppressants के कारण बहुत सामान्य है। इसमें शरीर में जल (water retention) + भूख बढ़ना + metabolism slow हो जाता है। यह fat नहीं, दवा-induced weight gain भी हो सकता है, इसलिए धीरे और सही तरीके से मैनेज करना जरूरी 1. पाचन और मेटाबॉलिज्म सुधारें सुबह गुनगुना पानी + नींबू दिन में 2 बार हल्का भोजन (कम तेल, कम नमक) रात का खाना जल्दी और हल्का रखें 2. शरीर में पानी और सूजन कम करें खीरा, लौकी, परवल, करेला जैसे हल्के सब्जियाँ नमक और पैक्ड फूड कम करें मीठा (sugar) और मैदा से बचें 3. आयुर्वेदिक सहायता त्रिफला रात में (पाचन सुधार के लिए) हल्का गर्म पानी पूरे दिन पीना हल्की वॉक (20–30 मिनट रोज) 4. व्यायाम (बहुत जरूरी) heavy exercise नहीं, सिर्फ: brisk walking light yoga (Surya Namaskar हल्का रूप में)
