How to digest aam dosha without increasing pitta. So excess pitta has caused mandagni.Experiencing loose sticky motion only once a day, bloating after eating, acne. Taking heating meds like panchkol, chitrakadi, hingwashtak irritates gut increasing loose motion. Don't advise bilwadi, giloy n all they just caused sticky motion. Also Don't advise any syrup like mustarishtam as they're not affordable by me

Mandāgni (low digestion) → formation of Āma (toxins) Pitta aggravation → loose, sticky stools, acne, gut irritation Strong “heating” medicines worsen your symptoms → so use mild, cooling Deepana-Pachana 1. How to digest Āma without increasing Pitta Use gentle, non-heating digestives: Roasted fennel (saunf) + coriander seeds powder (½ tsp after meals) Small pinch dry ginger + coriander in warm water (very mild dose) Buttermilk (takra) with roasted cumin + pinch rock salt (best daily) These improve Agni without irritating Pitta 2. For bloating + loose sticky motion Use Kutaj powder (Holarrhena) small dose (¼–½ tsp) → best for sticky stools Sip coriander water (boil + cool) through the day 3. Diet (most important) Follow Pitta-friendly, Āma-reducing diet: Eat: Warm, light food (moong dal, rice, lauki, tori) Thin khichdi + ghee (small quantity) Pomegranate (excellent for your condition) Avoid: Spicy, fried, sour foods Frequent snacking (this is worsening your Agni) Curd at night Keep fixed meal timings (3 meals only, no grazing) 4. Lifestyle Eat only when previous meal digests Walk 10–15 min after meals Avoid day sleep Maintain calm routine (good that stress is low) 5. What to avoid Strong heating herbs: Panchkol, Chitrakadi, Hingwashtak (already aggravating you) Excess ginger, garlic, chili 6. Expected improvement Bloating improves: 2–3 weeks Stool normalization: 3–4 weeks Acne reduces gradually as Pitta settles
