I have involuntary movement disorder called dystonia of the head and neck. I also had anxiety since I was a child. I still have anxiety and suffered 2 major depressive disorders and can't take antidepressant. Is there an herb that can help? Would frankincense help. Thanks

Frankincense may help you feel a bit calmer, but it is not a treatment for dystonia or clinical depression/anxiety disorders. –but it is considered calming to the nervous system (helps Vata balance) and may support relaxation when used as aromatherapy. –Internal Medicines 1) Brahmi Pearl Capsule – 1 cap twice daily after food 2) Saraswatarishta – 15 ml with equal water, twice daily after meals 3) Ashwagandha Churna – 3 g with warm milk at bedtime (optional) ---- Panchakarma Therapy (under supervision) Abhyanga with Ksheerabala Taila / Mahanarayana Taila (daily) Shirodhara (7–10 sittings) Nadi Sweda for cervical relaxation Nasya with Anu Taila –Advice Warm, regular diet; avoid cold, dry, and fasting habits Gentle pranayama and stress reduction practices Proper sleep routine essential for Vata balance
