Doctors' responses
Your condition suggests a mild imbalance in Pitta and Rakta dhatu. Heavy, heating foods—especially excess red meat—may aggravate this. Prefer a light, balanced diet with easily digestible proteins like lentils, occasional lean meat if needed, and plenty of vegetables. Stay well-hydrated and avoid overly spicy, oily, or processed foods. –your reports don’t show a major problem. Slightly high testosterone, SHBG, RBC, and bilirubin can be normal variations if other values are fine. You can eat meat in moderation, preferably lean sources like chicken or fish. Avoid excess red or processed meat, stay well-hydrated, and keep a balanced diet. Just monitor your labs periodically. –Dx: Pitta–Rakta dushti (mild) -Aahar: Laghu, sheetal diet; avoid spicy, oily, excess red meat & alcohol.
