Drink warm cow’s milk with 1–2 tsp ghee at night if digestion allows. Splash cool water on closed eyes in the morning. Use rose water eye pads externally for dryness and fatigue (only pure sterile rose water). Include more green vegetables, carrots, soaked almonds, black raisins, and seasonal fruits in your diet. Reduce continuous screen exposure; follow the 20-20-20 rule (every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds). Ensure proper sleep and hydration.
