Jeebh me jalan / ched-chad (burning, irritation)” usually indicates Pitta aggravation with Rasa-Rakta dushti.
Treatment (dose)
Sutshekhar Ras – 1 tablet twice daily after food with honey
Kamdudha Ras (Moti yukta) – 1 tablet twice daily with ghee
Yashtimadhu Churna – 2 g twice daily with honey or milk
Avipattikar Churna – 3 g at bedtime with warm water
Local care:
Yashtimadhu + honey paste – apply on tongue 2–3 times daily
Triphala Kwatha (well filtered) – gargle twice daily
Diet
Take cooling foods: milk, ghee, coconut water
Avoid spicy, sour, fried, tobacco, hot tea/coffee
