im sneha 33y old female weight 48kg, im on tb medication right now 4th month, its totally a 6 month treatment and im diabetic also and taking pills too, luckily i have not reduced any weight after i stated tb medication and not gain too, still im maintaing same weight, but i feel sick , no energy to work , some times uneasynes, totally im feeling low energetic, kindely help me with energy boosting and weight gain suppliments, thank you

Strength & energy Ashwagandha churna – 3 g with warm milk at night Amalaki churna – 3 g in morning with lukewarm water 2. Rasayana support (safe with TB meds) Chyawanprash (sugar-free) – 1 tsp in morning 3. If weakness is more Shatavari churna – 3 g with milk in morning Diet (for weight gain without sugar spikes) Milk with 1/2 tsp ghee daily Moong dal, rice, soft khichdi, paneer Small frequent meals, avoid long gaps
