I want to increase my height. I am 25 years old. someone says to me take ashwagandha powder with milk. how I take this remedy in right way that I get maximum benefit? without any issue.

At 25 years, height increase is not physiologically possible because epiphyseal growth plates are already closed. Ashwagandha will not increase height, but it can improve strength, muscle mass, posture, and overall vitality, which may make you appear better built. Correct use of Ashwagandha Ashwagandha churna – 3–5 grams Mix with 150–200 ml warm milk Take once daily at night after food Optional for better effect: Add 1/2 tsp ghee or a small amount of sugar if digestion permits Supportive regimen (for bone & muscle health) Shatavari churna – 3 g with milk in morning Praval pishti – 125 mg twice daily after food Diet & lifestyle Regular strength training, stretching, yoga (tadasana, bhujangasana) Adequate protein (milk, ghee, moong, nuts) Proper sleep (7–8 hours)
