I had vitamin B12 deficiency it was earlier less than 100 I took supplements for 8 months and then I stopped taking I was feeling for 1.5 month but after that my all feel good gone also not able to focus on studies also now I had test level was below 200 so now I don't want to take supplements I think very bad and I fear that maybe I will drink alcohol and become alcoholic I had not done anything like this till now but I feel that why B12 level automatically drops down without taking supplement I masturbate 2-3 times maybe in a week it's not addiction but I compare it from alcohol I was not like this earlier but presently this is my situation Now tell me if I have to consult any different doctor psychiatrist or ayurvedic treatment would help me I want solution please

Your situation is not due to masturbation or anything like alcohol risk. The main issue is persistent Vitamin B12 deficiency, which can directly cause low energy, poor concentration, brain fog, and mood changes. When levels were <200, stopping support often leads to symptoms returning. This is a nutritional + absorption issue, not a behavioral problem. When to consult First consult a physician (MD medicine) to evaluate why B12 is low (diet, absorption, gut issue) Psychiatrist is not primary unless there is severe anxiety, depression, or intrusive thoughts Ayurvedic management (supportive + root level) 1. For dhatu poshan and nervous system Brahmi Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food Ashwagandha Churna – 5 grams at night with warm milk 2. For improving absorption and agni Agnitundi Vati – 1 tablet before lunch and dinner 3. For overall nourishment (similar to rasayana) Chyawanprash – 1 teaspoon in morning with milk Diet (very important) If non-vegetarian: include eggs, fish regularly If vegetarian: milk, curd (daytime), paneer, ghee daily Add soaked black raisins + almonds in morning Avoid excessive junk, tea, and late-night eating
