● आयरन और रक्त निर्माण: किशमिश में मौजूद आयरन हीमोग्लोबिन के संश्लेषण में सहायक होता है। इससे: • एनीमिया में लाभ होता है • थकान कम होती है • त्वचा की रंगत निखरती है • बालों की जड़ें मजबूत होती हैं। रक्त निर्माण में सुधार होने पर त्वचा में भी स्वतः सुधार होता है। ● पौधों से प्राप्त आयरन और समस्याएं: हीम आयरन (जानवरों से प्राप्त) शरीर द्वारा आसानी से अवशोषित हो जाता है। नॉन-हीम आयरन (पौधों से प्राप्त - जैसे पालक, चना, राजमा और मसूर) शरीर द्वारा आसानी से अवशोषित नहीं होता है। इसी कारण शाकाहारियों में आयरन की कमी होने की संभावना अधिक होती है। ● विटामिन सी क्यों महत्वपूर्ण है? विटामिन सी (आंवला, नींबू, संतरा, टमाटर, शिमला मिर्च आदि) शरीर में मौजूद नॉन-हीम आयरन को घुलनशील और अवशोषित होने योग्य रूप में परिवर्तित करता है। इसका अर्थ है कि जो आयरन सामान्यतः व्यर्थ हो जाता है, वह अब शरीर के लिए उपयोगी हो जाता है। आयरन + विटामिन सी का संयोजन: पालक या हरी सब्जियों पर नींबू का रस छिड़कें। राजमा/चना/दालें टमाटर या नींबू के सलाद के साथ खाएं। सुबह भीगे हुए चने के साथ आंवला या संतरा खाएं। लोहे के बर्तन में खाना पकाने से भी थोड़ा अतिरिक्त आयरन मिलता है। ●यकृत और त्वचा: विज्ञान और आयुर्वेद दोनों मानते हैं कि त्वचा यकृत का दर्पण है। किशमिश: • यकृत के कार्य में सुधार करती है • विषाक्त पदार्थों को निकालने में मदद करती है • रक्त को शुद्ध करती है। परिणाम: प्राकृतिक, स्थायी त्वचा की चमक ●खजूर - रक्तवर्धक: खजूर में मौजूद आयरन और दूध में मौजूद कैल्शियम शरीर को पुनर्जीवित करते हैं। रक्त शोधक: रक्त को शुद्ध करने और हीमोग्लोबिन बढ़ाने में मदद करता है। ●उपयोग विधि: एक कप दूध में 2-3 सूखे अंजीर को 5-7 मिनट तक उबालें। गुनगुना पिएं। सोने से पहले पीना सबसे अच्छा है। सावधानी: मधुमेह और मोटापे से ग्रस्त लोगों को इस उत्पाद का सेवन सीमित मात्रा में करना चाहिए। रक्तवर्धक और ऊर्जावर्धक: अंजीर में आयरन और कॉपर भरपूर मात्रा में होते हैं। दूध विटामिन बी12 और प्रोटीन से भरपूर होता है। यह संयोजन एनीमिया, थकान और कमजोरी से राहत दिलाने में सहायक होता है। •Chandraprabha Vati - 2 tablets, twice daily, with warm water, after meals. •Punarnava Mandoor - 2 tablets, twice daily with warm water after meals. •Wheat Grass Powder - 1 teaspoonful, twice daily, mixed in a glass of warm water. •Aarogyavardhini Vati - 2 Tablets, twice daily, with warm water, after meals.
