Hello, You’ve explained your condition well You have a vata-pitta imbalance with Visham agni, and your priority is -stabilize digestion -reduce bloating and rashes -without increasing weight This is absolutely possible- but wrong medicines (especially nourishing/rasayana) can increase weight, so selection matters Your pattern (important) -variable appetite-> vata -bloating-> vata + weak agni -red rashes-> pitta -dry skin-> vata -weight gain despite weak digestion-> ama accumulation So goal is -light -digestive -mildly cooling not heavy Best vata-pitta balancing (weight neutral) 1)Most important -Avipattikar churna= 1/2 tsp with warm water at night =balances pitta (acidity, rashes), supports digestion, does Not cause weight gain 2) Gentle gut stabilizer -Guduchi ghan vati= 2 tabs twice daily after meals =tridosha balancing, reduces inflammation + rashes + light no weight gain 3) For bloating + vishama agni -Hingwastaka churna= 1 pinch with first bite of meal twice daily =best for gas, irregular digestion Does not increase weight 4) Cooling but light important for you -Praval pishti= 125mg with honey twice daily after meals =reduces pitta rashes, heat, not heavy like shatavari etc What to avoid very important These may worsen your case -shatavari can increase weight -ashwagandha heavy, weight gain -heavy ghee based rasayana -strong heating herbs cause loose motions in you Diet this is your real medicine Your case= very diet sensitive -warm ,light food -moong dal, rice, lauki , tori -small amount ghee Best habit -eat small time daily Avoid strictly -cold drinks you already react -fried food -heavy dairy -raw salads at night Lifestyle -no intermittent fasting already triggered your issue -early dinner -gentle yoga/walking Expected results -2 weeks= bloating reduces -3-4 weeks= appetite stabilizes -6-8 weeks= rashes improves Best vata-pitta balance for You Light + digestive + cooling Not nourishing/heavy Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
