Hello, If a man of age 56 has 7,2 common cholesterol level and 19,2 homocysteine level, how ayurvedic lifestyle coul help him to avoid the disaster?

At this stage, the goal is to reduce risk (heart + vessels) by improving digestion, metabolism, and circulation. Ayurveda can support well, but consistency is key. First focus on lifestyle: Daily 30–40 min brisk walking or light exercise Maintain proper sleep (7 hours) Manage stress (breathing, meditation) Avoid long sitting hours Diet is very important: Avoid fried, oily, red meat, processed food, excess sugar Reduce cheese, butter, bakery items Prefer warm, light meals with vegetables, whole grains, dal Include garlic, flaxseeds (small amount), and green leafy vegetables For homocysteine: Include foods rich in B vitamins (green vegetables, sprouts in moderation) At home: Morning warm water with few drops of lemon Garlic (1 clove) can be taken if suits digestion Buttermilk with jeera after lunch Arjuna churna – ½ teaspoon with warm water daily Arogyavardhini vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food Triphala tablet – 1 tablet at bedtime This helps improve lipid metabolism, digestion, and vascular health gradually. Also continue regular blood tests every 2–3 months to monitor levels. If levels are very high or you are already on medication, do not stop those medicines without doctor advice. Values indicate Meda dhatu vriddhi (high cholesterol) + Rakta dushti / homocysteine elevation, increasing cardiovascular risk. Aim is Agni correction, Meda reduction, Rakta shuddhi Internal Medicines: Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tablet, twice daily after meals Arjunarishta – 20 ml + equal water, twice daily after meals Triphala Guggulu – 2 tablets, twice daily Lasuna (Garlic) – 1–2 cloves empty stomach morning For homocysteine support: Amalaki Rasayan – 3 g daily Brahmi Vati – 1 tablet at night Diet & Lifestyle Avoid fried, red meat, bakery, sugar Take oats, green vegetables, flaxseed, garlic Daily 30–40 min brisk walk + pranayama (Anulom Vilom) Maintain proper sleep, reduce stress

Raat ko 10 min meditation for stress. -Hydration: Warm water, herbal teas (Arjuna, Guduchi). -Sunlight: Early morning exposure, avoid midday heat.
