As you have given the BP is normal. I suggest not to take dashmool Start Abana 2-0-2 after food This is cardio protective medicine. You have not mentioned your Sugar level so difficult to say anything about diabetes

Firstly the above mentioned kadhas and syrups non are used for b.p or diabetes. Secondly as you mentioned your b.p which is to the normal side it is ok that you keep your allopathy medications only. Adding more ayurvedic medicines can cause hypotension and may be hypoglycemia (as you have not mentioned your sugar) Discontinuing allopathy medication and shifting to ayurveda needs personal consultation, monitoring and backup support as your age is 64 and any complication can be dangerous. My genuine advice: Continue allopathy. If you wish to shift to ayurrveda get personal live consultation. Most important. Diabetes and hypertension as lifestyle disorders and so unless lifestyle is not corrected medicines are just keeping you going on. Soome lifestyle changes that you may consider: ??Do?? Eat home cooked food Dinner before sunset or maximum an hour after sunset 100 steps walking after both meals Stress free lifestyle Dairy only made from cow milk and if possible avoid dairy products. ???Yoga and Pranayam??? Sarvangasan Tadasan Vrukshasan Pashimotanasan Tratak Anulom vilom ?Dont? Anything that is white in colour like sugar, salt, wheat, potatoes and rice.
