Your symptoms suggest a long-standing imbalance of Vata dosha along with weakness of the nerves and poor nourishment of body tissues (Dhatu Kshaya). Chronic digestive disturbance can also reduce proper absorption of nutrients, leading to low energy, dizziness, numbness, and weakness in the feet and body. In Ayurveda, this condition is often related to Vata aggravation affecting the nervous system and circulation. Possible contributing factors include: Weak digestion (Mandagni) Vitamin deficiencies (especially B12, Vitamin D, iron) Stress, anxiety, irregular sleep Poor circulation or nerve weakness Long-term constipation/IBS Excess dry, cold, processed food or overexertion Ayurvedic support may include: Ashwagandha and Bala for strength and energy Brahmi or Jatamansi for nerve calming Dashmool preparations for Vata balance Abhyanga (daily warm oil massage with sesame/Mahanarayan oil) Warm, easily digestible, nourishing foods Adequate hydration and proper sleep routine Avoid: Excess fasting Cold foods/drinks Late nights Excess tea, caffeine, and stress
Currently ashwagandha tablet increases my dizziness and after taking brahmi tablet i am not able to sleep easily at night.Recommend some other medicine for this.
Since Ashwagandha is increasing dizziness and Brahmi is disturbing your sleep, avoid continuing them for now. This can happen when digestion is weak or the nervous system is highly sensitive. You may tolerate gentler Ayurvedic support better, such as: Guduchi (Giloy) for gradual energy and balance Shankhpushpi in low dose for nerve calming Yashtimadhu if dryness, weakness, or fatigue are present
