I have costochondritis chest pain from last 3 months Itook 3 coursesof nsaids nothingworked only volinigel helps temporary

Costochondritis for 3 months usually indicates persistent inflammation with muscle-rib stiffness. Since NSAIDs are not helping much, gentle anti-inflammatory and Vata-pacifying Ayurvedic treatment may help. Ayurvedic treatment Yograj Guggulu 2 tablets twice daily after food with warm water. Shallaki Capsule 1 capsule twice daily after meals. Dashmool Kwath 20 ml twice daily before food with equal warm water. External application: Apply warm sesame oil or Maha Narayan Taila gently over chest and upper back twice daily. Continue Volini gel only if needed. Avoid Cold drinks, excessive gym/chest exercise, heavy lifting, long sitting posture and stress.
