Ayurvedic treatment Arshoghni Vati 1 tablet twice daily after food Kankayan Vati 1 tablet twice daily after food Abhayarishta 15 ml + 15 ml water twice daily after food Triphala churna 3 g raat ko sone se pehle garam paani ke saath Pilex tablets (Himalaya) 1 tablet twice daily after food, supportive use ke liye le sakte hain External care Roz 10–15 min warm sitz bath (garam paani me baithna) Diet Constipation bilkul avoid karein Spicy, fried food kam karein Fiber aur water zyada lein

aap jo bata rahe ho woh ya toh grade 2 sentinile piles ho sakta hai ya start of rectal prolapse bhi ho sakta hai. better aap ek baar jaake physical check karva le to avoid koi bade complications. Follow kuch simple lifestyle changes aur dietary changes aur aapko apni problem mein results dikhenge. ??Do’s?? Roz buttermilk piyen. Hamesha freshly cooked food khayen. Garam paani piyen. Lunch aur dinner fixed timing par karein. Har meal ke baad 100 steps chalna hai. Agar possible ho toh dinner jaldi karein, around 7-8 pm. ?Don’ts:? Packed aur processed food avoid karein. Ready to eat items avoid karein. Oily aur spicy food avoid karein. Sour aur fermented products avoid karein. Dals avoid karein (sirf moong dal kha sakte hain). Besan avoid karein. Raw vegetables aur sprouts avoid karein. Curd avoid karein. Dairy intake kam karein. ??Medication ?? Tab. Ampachak Vati 2 tabs din mein do baar, khane se pehle. Tab. Kutaj Parpati Vati 1 tab din mein do baar, khane se pehle. Cap. Sunarin 2 caps din mein do baar, khane se pehle. Syp. Abhayarishta 2 tsp aadha cup garam paani ke saath, khane se pehle. Castor oil 2 tsp raat ko sone se pehle ek cup garam paani ke saath.
