I'm having navel displacement issue from last 3-4 month, & it even is causing my abdomen look bloated. I'd request for assistance with this..?

Avoid excessive cold foods, junk food, carbonated drinks, overeating, and long gaps between meals. Drink warm water through the day to reduce gas and improve digestion. Gentle abdominal massage with warm sesame oil may help relax abdominal muscles and Vata imbalance. Mild yoga practices like Pawanmuktasana, Vajrasana after meals, and deep breathing can support digestion and bloating relief. Ayurvedic herbs commonly used for bloating and Vata balance: Hingvastak Churna Avipattikar Churna Triphala Try to avoid lifting heavy weights or sudden jerking movements for some time.

Your bloating and discomfort suggest digestion and abdominal muscles both may need support. Avoid heavy lifting, sudden twisting movements, and irregular eating habits for some time. Eat warm, simple meals and avoid overeating. At home: Gentle abdominal breathing exercises Light core-strengthening only after symptoms reduce Warm castor oil or sesame oil massage around abdomen followed by mild heat can help relaxation Avoid excessive raw foods, cold drinks, and long fasting. Hingvastak churna – ¼ teaspoon with first bite of food Arogyavardhini vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food Triphala tablet – 1 tablet at bedtime if bowels are not clear This will help reduce bloating and improve digestion gradually. If bloating increases significantly, pain develops, or you notice vomiting/constipation, then proper physical examination is important to rule out hernia or other abdominal conditions.
