Hey hi I am rithika .I sucked my teeth upto 12 age then I stopped that behaviour.Again at the age of 19 regained that habit now my age is 23 I am still sucking my thumb.Its reallyso embarassing for me.Its give me suicidal thoughts.pls help me to get rid of it .Itried wrapping thumb with cloth but it'snot working
