Can I replace Alprax with Manasamitra for sleep issues and frequent urination at age 73? - #55358

Age 73, disturbed sleep with unpleasant dreams, 3, 4 times getting up for urination. No sugar. Taking medicines for BP. Palpitations on next day of very disturbed sleep. Taking Alprax .25 very often for sleep. Not that much effective. Can it be replaced by manasamitra tabs for sleep problems.??
