Isliye ek baar physician/chest specialist se jaldi checkup karwana zaroori hai. —rx 1) Hingwashtak Churna – 2 gm BD after meals with warm water. 2) Ashwagandha Churna – 3 gm HS with warm milk. 3) Saraswatarishta – 15 ml + equal water BD after meals. 4) Gandharvahastadi Erand Taila – 2 tsp HS with lukewarm water for constipation. 5) Draksharishta – 15 ml + equal water BD after meals if weakness & appetite loss. —Advice: Warm, light food; avoid oily, spicy, cold items. Adequate sleep, avoid stress/anxiety. Deep breathing/pranayam slowly. Avoid self-medication & intoxicants. ----Investigations: CBC, BP, ECG, Blood Sugar, Thyroid Profile. —Note: Agar severe chest pain, saans zyada rukna, chakkar ya weakness badhe to immediately physician/hospital consult karein.
