आपकी स्थिति को सुधारने के लिए एक संपूर्ण आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सा योजना नीचे दी जा रही है: ​1. मुख्य आयुर्वेदिक औषधियाँ (Main Ayurvedic Medicines) ​व्हाइट डिस्चार्ज और कमजोरी के लिए: ••​प्रदरान्तक लौह या प्रदरारिष्ट: यह श्वेत प्रदर की सबसे उत्तम औषधि है। प्रदरारिष्ट सिरप को 15-20 ml बराबर मात्रा में पानी मिलाकर सुबह-शाम खाना खाने के बाद लें। ••​शतावरी चूर्ण या टैबलेट: शतावरी शरीर को ताकत देती है, धातुओं का पोषण करती है और कमजोरी दूर करती है। 1-1 टैबलेट या आधा चम्मच चूर्ण सुबह-शाम हल्के गुनगुने दूध के साथ लें। ​भूख बढ़ाने और पाचन ठीक करने के लिए: ••​कुमार्यासव या द्राक्षासव: यह भूख जगाने, खून की कमी (Anemia) को दूर करने और चक्कर आने की समस्या में बहुत फायदेमंद है। 15 ml दवा में बराबर पानी मिलाकर दोपहर और रात के भोजन के बाद लें। ​शरीर के दर्द, अनिद्रा और चिड़चिड़ेपन के लिए: ••​अश्वगंधा चूर्ण या कैप्सूल: यह वात दोष को शांत करता है, मानसिक तनाव व चिड़चिड़ापन कम करता है और रात को गहरी नींद लाने में मदद करता है। रात को सोते समय 1 कैप्सूल या आधा चम्मच चूर्ण गुनगुने दूध के साथ लें। ••​गोधन्ती भस्म या लक्ष्मण विलास रस: यदि बदन दर्द बहुत ज्यादा रहता हो, तो किसी नजदीकी आयुर्वेदिक डॉक्टर की सलाह से इसे शामिल कर सकते हैं। ​2. आहार और पोषण (Dietary Guidelines) ​जब तक आपकी ‘अग्नि’ (पाचन) मजबूत नहीं होगी, शरीर को भोजन का न्यूट्रिशन नहीं मिलेगा। ••​क्या खाएं: पुराना चावल, मूंग की पतली दाल, लौकी, तोरई, कद्दू जैसी हल्की सब्जियां खाएं। कमजोरी दूर करने के लिए भीगे हुए बादाम, मुनक्का और खजूर का सेवन करें। ••​क्या न खाएं: तेज मसालेदार, तला-भुना, खट्टा (अचार, इमली), मैदा, और फास्ट फूड पूरी तरह बंद कर दें। ये चीजें शरीर में पित्त और वात बढ़ाकर व्हाइट डिस्चार्ज और चिड़चिड़ापन को और गंभीर बनाती हैं। ​3. जीवनशैली और घरेलू उपाय (Lifestyle & Home Remedies) •​चावल का मांड (Tandulodaka): व्हाइट डिस्चार्ज के लिए यह अचूक घरेलू उपाय है। चावल को उबालकर उसका जो सफेद पानी (मांड) निकलता है, उसमें थोड़ा सा शहद या मिश्री मिलाकर दिन में एक बार पिएं। •​सौंफ और मिश्री: भूख बढ़ाने और चक्कर आने की समस्या में सौंफ और मिश्री को बराबर मात्रा में मिलाकर चबाने से पित्त शांत होता है। •​शारीरिक स्वच्छता: वजाइनल एरिया को साफ और सूखा रखें। सूती (cotton) अंतर्वस्त्रों का ही प्रयोग करें। •​तनाव मुक्ति: चिड़चिड़ापन और नींद न आने के लिए रोज सुबह 10-15 मिनट ‘अनुलोम-विलोम’ प्राणायाम और ‘भ्रामरी’ करें। इससे मस्तिष्क शांत होगा।
