नमस्ते। आपकी परिस्थिति को पूरी तरह समझते हुए, एक आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सक (Ayurvedic Doctor) के दृष्टिकोण से मैं आपको आश्वस्त करना चाहता हूँ कि आपकी ये तीनों समस्याएं—मधुमेह (Diabetes), उच्च रक्तचाप (Hypertension), और स्थौल्य (Obesity)—आयुर्वेद में एक-दूसरे से गहराई से जुड़ी हुई मानी जाती हैं। ​1. आहार चिकित्सा (Dietary Management) ​आयुर्वेद में भोजन ही सबसे बड़ी औषधि है। आपको ऐसा आहार लेना है जो ‘कफ’ और ‘मेद’ (Fat) को कम करे, लेकिन शरीर को कमजोरी न दे। ​अनाज बदलें: गेंहू और चावल की मात्रा कम करें। इसकी जगह जौ (Barley), चना और बाजरा या कोदो/रागी (Millets) के आटे की रोटी खाएं। जौ आयुर्वेद में मधुमेह और मोटापे की सबसे श्रेष्ठ दवा माना गया है। ​सब्जियां: लौकी, तोरई, परवल, करेला, कद्दू और खीरा ज्यादा खाएं। आलू, अरबी और शकरकंद से पूरी तरह परहेज करें। ​उष्णोदक (गुनगुना पानी): दिनभर में जब भी पानी पीएं, हल्का गुनगुना पानी ही पीएं। यह शरीर के आम (Toxins) और एक्स्ट्रा फैट को पिघलाने में मदद करता है। ​शाम का भोजन: रात का खाना सूरज डूबने के आसपास या मैक्सिमम 7-8 बजे तक खा लें और वह बेहद हल्का होना चाहिए (जैसे मूंग दाल की खिचड़ी या सूप)। ​2. जीवनशैली और विहार (Lifestyle Changes) ​बिना शारीरिक सक्रियता के मेदोदोष को ठीक करना असंभव है। ​नियमित व्यायाम (उद्वर्तन व वॉक): सुबह खाली पेट कम से कम 30-45 मिनट मध्यम गति से वॉक करें। ​दिवास्वप्न निषेध (दिन में न सोएं): आयुर्वेद में मोटापे और शुगर के मरीजों के लिए दिन में सोना पूरी तरह वर्जित है। यह कफ बढ़ाता है और वजन कम नहीं होने देता। ​तनाव प्रबंधन: बीपी और शुगर दोनों का सीधा संबंध मानसिक तनाव से है। रोज 10-15 मिनट भ्रामरी प्राणायाम और अनुलोम-विलोम जरूर करें। ​3. आयुर्वेदिक औषधियां (Ayurvedic Herbs) ​नोट: चूंकि आप पहले से एलोपैथिक दवाएं ले रहे हैं, इसलिए उन्हें अचानक बंद नहीं करना है। इन आयुर्वेदिक औषधियों को आप उनके साथ (1 घंटे के गैप पर) शुरू कर सकते हैं: ​त्रिफला चूर्ण या गुग्गुल: त्रिफला शरीर के मेटाबॉलिज्म को दुरुस्त करता है। रात को सोते समय 1 चम्मच त्रिफला चूर्ण गुनगुने पानी से लें। ​मेदोहर गुग्गुल / नवक गुग्गुल: यह शरीर में जमा अतिरिक्त वसा (Fat) को काटने का काम करता है। (चिकित्सकीय परामर्श के बाद शुरू करें)। ​दालचीनी और मेथी दाना: आधा चम्मच मेथी दाना और एक छोटा टुकड़ा दालचीनी रात को पानी में भिगो दें। सुबह इस पानी को उबालकर छान लें और खाली पेट पीएं। यह बीपी, शुगर और वजन तीनों पर एक साथ काम करता है।
