I have been using the ontiment since 4 to 5 days but still burning sensation is there and i am taking arsh hitha tablet also please advise

Burning sensation around the anus can take some time to settle, especially if there is fissure, piles irritation, or inflammation. Since you have been using the ointment only for 4–5 days, some improvement may still take another few days. —From an Ayurveda point of view, this usually indicates ongoing Pitta aggravation and local irritation. Along with the medicines, diet and bowel habits are very important. -----Rx 1. Arsh Hitha Tablet – 2 tabs twice daily after food with lukewarm water. 2. Jatyadi Taila – Local application twice daily after washing and drying the area. 3. Triphala Churna – 1 tsp at bedtime with lukewarm water for smooth bowel movement. 4. Sitz bath with lukewarm water – 10–15 min twice daily. -----Pathya (Do’s) - Take plenty of water, green vegetables, fruits, and fiber-rich diet. - Maintain soft stools. - Keep anal area clean and dry. ----Apathya (Avoid) - Spicy, oily, fried foods. - Constipation and straining during stools. - Excess tea, coffee, alcohol, and prolonged sitting. ----Advice Burning and pain may take a few more days to reduce. Continue medicines regularly. If severe pain, bleeding, swelling, or persistent burning continues, surgical/proctology evaluation is advised.

Immediate Pitta-Pacifying Local Care ••​Jatyadi Taila / Ghrita: Switch to or incorporate Jatyadi Taila or Jatyadi Ghrita. Internal Ayurvedic Adjustments ​To counteract the burning from within, internal cooling and Anulomana (gentle downward movement of Vata/malas) are essential: ••​Kamadhuga Rasa (with Mouktika) / Praval Pishti: Introducing a classical potent Pitta-shamak mineral-herbal formulation like Kamadhuga Rasa (1 tablet twice a day) helps neutralize systemic and localized heat rapidly. ••​Avipattikar Churna: If you are experiencing mild constipation or hard stools—which frictionally irritate the mucosa and cause burning—taking 3 to 5 grams of Avipattikar Churna with lukewarm water at bedtime will cool the digestive tract and ensure a smooth, effortless morning clearance. ​3. Dietetic Modifications (Apathya-Pathya) ​Medicines cannot fight a diet that fuels the fire. Strict dietary discipline is required for the next few days: ​••Strictly Avoid: Green chillies, red chilli powder, garam masala, fermented foods (like curd, idli, dosa), pickles, mustard, excessive tea, and coffee. ••​Include: Fresh buttermilk (Takra) churned with a pinch of roasted cumin (Jeera) powder, freshly prepared bottle gourd (Lauki) or ridge gourd (Turai) subji, and adequate hydration
