I have been experiencing dry skin, joint stiffness, anxiety, and irregular sleep, and I recently learned that these symptoms might be related to an imbalance in Vata dosha. Instead of using regular moisturizers and pain relief balms, I want to explore the best oil for Vata dosha to restore balance and improve my overall well-being. From what I have read, some of the most commonly recommended Ayurvedic oils for Vata dosha include Mahanarayan oil (for joint pain and flexibility), Ksheerabala oil (for nerve strength and relaxation), and Dhanwantharam oil (for full-body nourishment and stress relief).
