Aapki jo symptoms aap bata rahe hai, wo kafi commonly dikhte hai jab humare body me dosha imbalance hota hai ya humare agni, yaani digestive fire weak ho jati hai. Apne symptoms ko thik karne ke liye thoda dincharya and diet par dhyan dena hoga.

Pehle toh, aapki weakness aur body pain ke liye koshish kariye ki aap ek regular routine adopt karein. Subah jald se jald uthne ki aadat daale, aur din me kuch waqt dhyaan lagane ya meditation me bitayein. Ye aapko mental clarity aur energy boost karega.

Aapke cases me, khana na khane par acidity aur headache common ho sakte hain, kyunki Pitta dosha imbalance lag raha hai. Isse thik karne ke liye, rose ke khane me thoda thoda, par frequently, light or easily digestible foods ka istemal karein jaise ki dal, sabzi, khicdi etc. Aap koshish karein ki spicy aur oily khana avoid karein, ye pitta ko aur badha sakta hai.

Peeno ka paani kuch thanda, nimbu dal kar piye, aur rose Subah warm water aur honey ke sath dina ka start karein. Ye aapke body ko detoxify karega.

Jaldi thakne aur paav dard k liye, garam tel se thoda massage kare. Este coconut ya sesame oil best rahenge, ye vata dosha ko balance karega. Raat ko chamomile ya ashwagandha tea bhi shant karta hai aur better sleep me help karega.
