I have been experiencing chronic fatigue and consistently low energy levels for the past several months, despite maintaining what I believe to be a relatively balanced lifestyle. I eat a mostly plant-based diet, try to get adequate sleep, and engage in regular light exercise such as walking or yoga. However, I still find myself mentally and physically drained by mid-afternoon each day. I am curious to know if Ayurveda offers any insights into the underlying causes of such persistent fatigue. Could this be related to an imbalance in one of the doshas, or perhaps an issue with digestive fire (agni)? I would greatly appreciate any suggestions you might have regarding lifestyle changes, dietary adjustments, or herbal remedies that could help restore my vitality and overall well-being.
