In terms of natural remedies, herbs like Triphala and Guggul might be helpful as they aid in detoxifying and gently supporting metabolic processes. Still, before taking any herbal supplements, best practice is to consult with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner to ensure they’re suitable for your specific needs.

Lastly, incorporate daily Abhyanga (self-massage with warm sesame oil) – it helps in reducing kapha accumulation, stimulates circulation, and enhances vitality. Remember the journey of weight loss is not just about shedding pounds but achieving balance and vitality.
