I want to detox of gut. I am facing a problem in hair regrowth so there might be a nutrition issue. So I want to detox and clear my gut so that whatever nutrition I take should reach yo my hair and my body. Also my skin should glow for that I want solutions...please do answer....

1 tsp Triphala churna in lukewarm water at bedtime daily – clears toxins, improves bowel movement

OR take Triphala tablets (Himalaya or Baidyanath) – 2 tablets at night.

✅ Aloe Vera + Amla Juice (Best combo):

Mix 20 ml Aloe vera juice + 20 ml Amla juice in ½ glass water – drink empty stomach every morning

Benefits: Cleanses liver, intestines, supports hair roots & glowing skin

Follow a light diet during detoxification

Triphala is an Ayurvedic formulation that’s often recommended for gut detoxification. Take it with warm water before bedtime; that should help keep your bowels clear. Also, consider including ginger and turmeric in your meals, as they reduce inflammation and enhance immunity and digestion.

Hydration plays a pivotal role. Warm water, possibly with a few slices of lemon, can be a great morning starter to gently flush out toxins.

Beyond diet, regular exercise or yoga aids in circulation and digestion, crucial for detoxification. Simhasana (Lion Pose) and Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog) are noteworthy asanas which promote good digestion.

For better hair health, massage your scalp once or twice a week with coconut or bhringraj oil before washing it off after about an hour. Its nourishing properties could be beneficial for your hair.
