I am really confused right now about when to drink abc juice. I started drinking it on my sister's recommendation because she swears by the health benefits. I was told it's great for detoxing and boosting energy, but honestly, I couldn’t find a clear answer on timing. Like, should I drink it in the morning on an empty stomach? I did try that for a few days, and I felt a bit nauseous after. 😕 Then I thought maybe I should drink it after meals? Then, just the other day, my friend said it might be better to drink it before bed, which sounds a bit odd to me. I’ve also read some article saying timing matters a lot when it comes to abc juice. Ughhh, I just wanna know the best way to integrate abc juice into my daily routine without feeling sick or making it ineffective. What are your thoughts or experiences? When is the best time to enjoy this juice for max benefits? Help!
