I have been suffering from underarm smell for the last 4–5 years. Even after cleaning daily with soap and maintaining proper hygiene, the smell returns after a few hours. I have tried using Dettol, lemon, and even shaving, but nothing has helped. There is no itching or rashes, just the smell. I feel very uncomfortable in public and have lost confidence due to this. Please guide me for a permanent solution.

Exploring external natural applications could be quite beneficial. Try mixing a paste using alum powder and rose water, applying it to clean underarms for around 15 minutes before you rinse.
