Help me with provided aome remedies to detox body at home without any side effects also please and all the foods to consume to recover skin allergies. Generally how we need to do the body detox.

Just take 1 tsp with warm water before going to bed.

Now, about eating for detox. You’re gonna want a diet that’s easy on your stomach. Freshly cooked meals, warm and lightly spiced, but nothing too heavy. Kitchari is perfect – made of rice and mung dal, it’s nourishing yet light. If you can, stay off processed foods and sugar, they tend to be problematic. Drink a lot of warm water through the day, adding a bit of ginger can be great for boosting digestion too.
