I am really curious about what is milk thistle because I've been hearing a lot about it lately! A friend recommended it for detoxing the liver after I mentioned my recent struggles with digestion and fatigue. I mean, I’m not exactly sure how long I’ve been feeling this way, but it feels like ages. Maybe I overindulged during holidays, or could it be stress from work? Anyway, I thought I’d look into what is milk thistle and if it really works. I read that it’s supposed to help with liver health, but I’m not sure how you take it or if there are specific dosages. Also, I've come across conflicting information about who can take it. Like, is it safe for everyone? I seriously wish I could just get a clear answer on what is milk thistle and its benefits. Have any of you tried it? Did you notice a difference? Any side effects? Just trying to figure out if this is the right move for me. Thanks!!
