I am kinda worried about my health lately. Last weekend, I went out with friends and had a bit too much alcohol. Usually, I can handle it, but this time it felt different. I've been feeling sluggish, and my stomach isn't too happy either—totally bloated and just... ugh. I heard from someone that maybe I should try some ayurvedic medicine to help detoxify my body after drinking, but I’m not really sure. Like, can I take ayurvedic medicine after alcohol? Would it even work? And is there anything specific I should look for in these remedies? I read somewhere about some detox herbs or something, but what if they clash with whatever’s still kicking around in my system? I also worry about my liver and all that.
