I am really trying to figure out how to do virechana at home since my digestive issues have been getting worse lately! I’ve read a bit, and it seems like it can really help with detoxing and all, but the whole process feels kinda overwhelming. Last month, I had this awful bloating and constipation that just wouldn’t go away, and my doctor said some Ayurvedic methods, like virechana, might provide some relief. I’ve looked online, but there’s so much conflicting info about how to do virechana at home properly. Like, do I need a ton of herbs? What if I can’t find them? Also, how do I know if I’m ready for this at home or should I just go see someone? I don’t want to mess it up, you know? Oh, and how long does the effect last? I've been drinking warm water and trying to eat healthier, but I feel like I need a kick-start! Any guidance on how to do virechana at home would be sooo appreciated!
