How to reduce dark circle and darkness around mouth and eye and nose iching - #26455

I have darkness around my mouth and i have very dark circle and eye and nose allergy and i have very painfull periods i tried a lots of home remedies but i did'nt notice any changes. I started taken chia seeds, lemon water,zeera souf ajwain and meethi seeds water ,drink 8 glass of water and sleep 8 hrs at night but i lost the glow from my face please help me to get rid from this problem

**Daily Massage your face with NALPAMARADI OIL. **Massage your face with few drops of kumkumadi tailam at bed time only… And for painful periods, 1.Sukumar kwath 20ml with equal amount of Lukewarm water empty stomach twice in a day. 2.Shatavari choorna 1tsf with lukewarm milk twice in a day.

3. For your painful periods, Asparagus racemosus (Shatavari) is highly recommend. Take it as per prescribed quantity on the bottle with warm milk or water, starting a week before your period. It supports women’s health and balances hormones.
